In reply to CodingNepal. I did that but it didn't solve the problem, I even downloaded the files to try it again, it's not working. Turns out that api.dictionaryapi.dev is offline! Can you please try to use another API instead?

The dictionary is not working correctly, can you please check if the link, i.e. “https://api.dictionaryapi.dev/api/v2/entries/en/${word}”, is correct or not?
(P.S. I know that ${word} is not part of the link, but just in case)

There are bugs especially if you click synonyms.. and then you cannot type a new word. The dictionary does not like the very house, I suppose 🙂
